Retrieve Metadata/Data from Salesforce in one click – a google chrome extension (Part 2)

Well this is an upgrade to my google chrome extension – details posted in my last post.

Now enjoy lesser clicks and better user interaction in retrieving most commonly used metadata types from Salesforce org and utilize your saved time in more productive works. 🙂

With this update, user will get the following new features:

A better and persistent UI. Extension box & retrieve results (both metadata & data) persist until user refresh the page from browser or try to retrieve another set of rows. This leads to a better user experience using this chrome extension.
User can retrieve custom labels not only with name but now also with the value.
User can retrieve validation rules not only with name but now also with the error message.
User can also do aggregate queries along with plain SOQL.
SOQL results can be retrieved both from parent or child related objects. Not only that results can also be exported, BINGO . 😃
